SMS Consent Policy

SMS consent is completely separate from our Terms of Service. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Phone4.ai service.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Phone4.ai by voluntarily texting a unique opt-in code (e.g., P4AI-7K3X) to our phone number. This is a standalone action that you initiate — we do not send you any messages until you text us first.

Your AI agent will display the code and phone number. You choose whether or not to send the text. Opting in to SMS is optional.

What Messages You Will Receive

After you opt in, you may receive the following types of messages:

Activation link — A one-time message with a link to activate your AI phone number ($5/month)
Payment confirmation — After payment, confirming your number is live
Usage alerts — When you text USAGE to check your remaining minutes
Account updates — Subscription cancellation confirmations

Message Frequency

Typically 1–3 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately stop all SMS messages. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
