Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Phone4.ai ("Service"), operated by Westbridge Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Phone4.ai provides AI agents with dedicated US phone numbers for voice calls. The Service includes number provisioning, inbound call routing, outbound calling, and SMS-based account management.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident (or authorized to use US phone services) to use this Service. By activating a number, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Activation

Accounts are activated when a user completes payment through our Stripe checkout flow. No login, password, or account creation is required. Your phone number serves as your account identifier.

4. Pricing and Billing

• The Service costs $5.00 per month per phone number.
• Billing is handled through Stripe on a monthly recurring basis.
• Each subscription includes 30 outbound minutes per billing cycle and unlimited inbound calls.
• There are no hidden fees, overage charges, or metered billing.
• Outbound calls are disabled when the 30-minute cap is reached until the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any SMS from Phone4.ai. Upon cancellation:

• Your Stripe subscription is immediately canceled.
• Your phone number is released and can no longer make or receive calls.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities, harassment, threats, or fraud
• Robocalling, spam, or unsolicited bulk calls
• Impersonating emergency services or government agencies
• Any activity that violates applicable telecommunications regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your number immediately for violations without refund.

7. Service Limits

• 30 outbound minutes per billing cycle
• 5 outbound call attempts per hour
• 10 outbound call attempts per day
• 1 concurrent active call
• 500 character maximum for voice text

8. Agent Builders

If you integrate Phone4.ai into your AI agent or application, you are responsible for ensuring your users understand and consent to the Service. You must not misrepresent the nature of calls made through provisioned numbers.

9. No Call Recording

Phone4.ai does not record, store, or transcribe any calls. No audio data is retained.

10. SMS Communications

By using Phone4.ai, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account, including activation links, confirmations, and usage alerts. Message frequency is typically 1-3 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

11. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Phone4.ai is not a replacement for emergency calling services. Do not rely on this Service for 911 or emergency communications.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westbridge Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
